Our data recovery service pricing is fixed and transparent with no hidden costs or surprises. We keep you notified throughout the process and if an Advanced or Advanced Plus service is required, we will always seek your approval first.
No fix, no recovery fee
If successful, you pay the set price recovery fee once the data has been rescued. It is commercially in our interest to be successful, but if this is not the case the only charge would be for carriage. Alternatively, we can securely dispose of your device free of charge.

We believe data recovery should be available to everyone which is why we provide a set price model at reasonable prices, whilst maintaining the highest level of technical ability.
Standard, Advanced or Advanced Plus?
Sending the drive to us for recovery is agreeing the standard charge, if we can recover the data under this service, we will proceed straight away and without delay. If an Advanced or Advanced Plus service is required, we will provide our findings and seek your approval before proceeding. At this point you can agree, and we will continue the recovery process, or you can decline and we will refund your original £120, minus £20 for the admin and cost of carriage.
Standard service
is a rig-based recovery using bespoke software tools.
Advanced service is extended engineering, advanced board / pcb work, and micro-soldering.
Advanced Plus service is for head change recoveries where donor parts are required, and chip level recoveries.
