About the service
What is data recovery?
Data recovery is the process of retrieving data from a device or hardware that is no longer functioning, has been damaged, or where the information has become corrupt, deleted or inaccessible.
Note that data recovery does not restore the device to its original functionality; any fixes are temporary to allow data extraction. We do not recover operating systems or installed software due to licensing laws. The process may void warranties, so check with your provider if needed. Turnaround times depend on complexity, but we aim for success as quickly as possible.
No fix, no fee
If we can’t recover your data, there’s no recovery fee — just a small carriage charge. For successful recoveries, pay only the fixed price after we confirm the data is rescued.
